Comments: Hi everyone!, This is Geeta Balagopalan (B.Pharm- 91-95, M.Pharm -98-2000). I had no idea such a site was in existence but better late than never. I have
been in touch with most of our classmates through the mail and I welcome
and congratulate the effort taken by our friends to make sure that this
links transcends batches. Why don't we try and organize a mega reunion in SRIPMS itself
sometime in the near future ? I know that it will take a heck of a lot of
planning but where there is a will surely a way will open up!!! As for me, I am now working as lecturer- Dept. of Pharmacy Practice in Al-Ameen College of Pharmacy, bangalore. I have 2 daughters aged 6 and 4.I would love to have ols pals catch up with me through this forum. |

Comments: dear achayan, sorry for not beeing in touch with you for a very long time.......actually i was in native. My father is hospitalised. i hope the things are going smoothly with RAANA. achayan.......our activities should not end with get togethers and dinners. i think this is the time we should think of some activities in SRIPMS. I have some suggestions.... 1- To start a RAANA lecturer series. this can be arranged by our friends visiting india for their vacation. A lecturer to the staff and students on topics we are experienced. This will be helpful for them to understand the ongoing changes in profession. As we all know things are totally different from what we studied from text books. 2- A " BIJU VARGHESE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP" for an eligible candidates in SRIPMS. 3- Donating the books/CD/DVD's of professional interest to the college library. 4- Funding a clinical/community based research in post graduate level. 5- To join hands with SRIPMS placement cell, give guidence to the young graduates. I hope RAANA can consider some of these suggestions...... also i can help students who are doing thesis in pharmacy practice for literature collection etc. More in next mail..... RAJESH T

He has achieved this in a mere span of few months. Hats Off to his hard work and dedication that paid off in a very rewarding manner.
